    I read your post on the Boise Fire Department. I want to thank you for your kind words. Our current vision for effective service delivery involves coordinated teams of well-trained, managed and motivated firefighters who deliver service in a way that delights our customer and creates a WOW! reaction in the person receiving our service after the event. I want our firefighters to always be nice, to treat everyone with respect, kindness, patience and consideration. Thank you for telling your story. I am very proud of each and every firefighter in the Boise Fire Department. Please call me or any of our engine companies if you ever need anything.

      I appreciate your validation, Chief Doan. There is more for you and your crew on my facebook page. Seems that everyone that read the post agrees with me about the firefighters we have in Boise. Wish we had reason to feel the same way about all our government agencies. I told the crew that helped us out that we make videos, commercials, public service announcements, and webclips (www.viralintermedia.com) and if ever I could return the favor; I would jump at the opportunity.
